Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CraftCorps launcher ("Software") or visiting craftcorps.net or craftclient.net (collectively, the "Website"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CraftCorps provides a Minecraft gaming platform including: a custom launcher (Craft Client) for modification management, account management, and server discovery; Battle Royale game servers with ranked matchmaking, cosmetics, and wagering; Survival Multiplayer (SMP) servers; a website (craftcorps.net, battleroyales.net, craftclient.net) with leaderboards, live match tracking, a cosmetic store, and community features; and a Discord community server. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.

3. Usage Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years old. Ages 13-18 require parental or legal guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent meeting these requirements.

4. Minecraft License Requirement

CraftCorps does not include Minecraft game copies. Playing online with Microsoft authentication requires a valid Minecraft: Java Edition license purchased from Mojang/Microsoft. CraftCorps neither provides, distributes, nor circumvents Minecraft licensing mechanisms.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for securing all account credentials, including your CraftCorps account password, Microsoft account, and any linked social accounts (Discord, Google, Facebook, Instagram). CraftCorps never stores plaintext passwords. You bear sole responsibility for all activity on your accounts, both online and offline.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

7. Open Source License

These Terms govern compiled Software and Website/Service use, including all content and services available through craftcorps.net and craftclient.net.

8. Intellectual Property

CraftCorps name, logo, and visual identity elements belong to the CraftCorps Team. Minecraft is a Mojang Studios/Microsoft trademark. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to CraftCorps services — including but not limited to videos, comments, contest entries, and forum posts — you grant CraftCorps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, share, and feature your content on CraftCorps websites, social media channels, and marketing materials.

You retain full ownership of your content. CraftCorps will credit the original creator when featuring submitted content. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

CraftCorps reserves the right to remove any user-generated content at its discretion, with or without notice.

10. Virtual Currency

CraftCorps services include virtual currencies ("Eggs" and "Pearls") that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the CraftCorps platform.

CraftCorps reserves the right to modify currency values, earning rates, and prices at any time. Earned currencies (Eggs) may be reset, adjusted, or removed as part of game balancing or system updates. Purchased currencies (Pearls) will not be removed without prior notice; any affected Pearl balances are subject to the Refund Policy.

11. Match Wagering

Players may wager virtual currency (Eggs) on the outcomes of Battle Royale matches. Wagering is entirely optional and involves no real money. CraftCorps is not a gambling service — Eggs have no cash value and cannot be converted to real currency.

CraftCorps reserves the right to modify wagering rules, limits, and fees at any time. Fraudulent wagering activity (including but not limited to match fixing, alt account exploitation, and coordinated betting) may result in account suspension and forfeiture of virtual currency.

12. Third-Party Modifications

CraftCorps provides tools for discovering and installing third-party modifications. The team does not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party modification safety. Installation occurs at your own risk. Install modifications only from trusted sources.

13. Service Availability

While CraftCorps strives for high availability, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Service may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond control. The team reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service aspect anytime.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. USE OCCURS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

15. Liability Limitation

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CRAFTCORPS TEAM IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, PROFIT LOSS, OR BUSINESS VALUE LOSS FROM SERVICE USE.

16. Release of Liability

You release the CraftCorps Team from liability for claims, losses, or damages resulting from Terms violation, Service use, or third-party rights infringement.

17. Privacy

Service use is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is integral to these Terms.

18. Account Termination

CraftCorps reserves the right to restrict or block your Service access at its discretion, with or without notice, for conduct violating these Terms or harming other users or the Service.

19. Terms Modifications

CraftCorps may periodically update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via launcher, website (craftcorps.net and craftclient.net), or Discord. Continued Service use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
