Refund Policy

1. Overview
This policy applies to all paid purchases made through CraftCorps services, including the website (craftcorps.net, battleroyales.net, craftclient.net) and in-game shop. CraftCorps is operated by CraftCorps Nicolas Palomino, registered in Poland.
2. What You Can Purchase
CraftCorps offers the following paid products:
- Pearls — a premium virtual currency purchased with real money via Stripe. Pearls can be used to buy cosmetic items and egg multiplier boosts within the CraftCorps platform.
Pearls and Eggs (earned through gameplay) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the CraftCorps platform.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, by completing a purchase on CraftCorps, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content (Pearls) and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Pearls are credited to your account. This consent is obtained during the checkout process.
If you have not yet used or spent your Pearls, you may still request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
4. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for refund:
- Pearl purchases where the Pearls have not been spent, exchanged, or used in any way
- Purchases made in error (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amount)
- Technical failures that prevented delivery of purchased Pearls
- Unauthorized purchases (with verification of account compromise)
Not eligible for refund:
- Pearls that have been spent on cosmetics, boosts, or exchanged for Eggs
- Eggs earned through gameplay (free virtual currency — no monetary value)
- Cosmetic items already applied to your account
- Free promotional content, event rewards, or contest prizes
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (unless required by applicable law)
5. Account Bans and Virtual Currency
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service:
- Unspent Pearls purchased within the last 30 days may be refunded upon request
- Spent Pearls (converted to cosmetics, boosts, or Eggs) are not refundable
- Eggs and other earned virtual currency are forfeited upon account termination
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include: your account username, purchase date, amount paid, and reason for the request
- If applicable, include your Stripe payment receipt or transaction ID
All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via Stripe). If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
Refund amounts are calculated in the original purchase currency. Exchange rate differences do not warrant additional refunds.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage contacting us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
9. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to reject refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive, including repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or systematic misuse of the refund procedure.
10. Service Outages
If CraftCorps experiences prolonged outages exceeding 72 hours that prevent access to purchased content, full refunds are available regardless of usage status.
11. Statutory Rights
This policy does not diminish your statutory consumer protection rights under applicable law, including EU consumer protection regulations. Where local law provides broader refund protections, those protections apply.
12. Policy Changes
This refund policy may be updated periodically. Material changes are announced via the website and Discord. Purchases made before a policy change are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
